now AR drop from 89 to 86.6% and cancellation from 5.5 to 6.9%
Grab So late on update the system.

The whole afternoon until now only update.

Usually I try to maintain AR around 90%, CR around 4%.
to cater some unforeseen thing.

and now it really happen, luckily AR still > 85%

today I get a grabshare case.

a.) passenger 1: pickup at taman midah jalan 14
passenger 2: pickup at prisma taman midah
both places quite near.

drop off passenger 2 at low yat
then drop off passenger 1 at wisma uoa 2

passenger 1 pay rm8
passenger 2 pay rm12

why passenger 2 more expensive than passenger 1?
checking google, passenger 1 distance is 9.6km
passenger2 distance is 7.6km

Both couple need to separate sit, one front one back

grab give promotion like this don't know financially is strong not.
I still doubt if it really can cover this kind of losses and yet to pay incentive to drivers.

grab should ban the grabshare to klia or from klia.

imagine 1 pax carry 1 big and 1 small luggage, the others also same.
All book the grabshare, what will happen!!!
How can the car put in those luggage?

How many trips you have done?
Cancellation will not hit 100% with more trips done. it will keep reduce.
Unless you only accepted 1 trip and cancel

Tindakan polis : Saya telah membuat report polis tapi polis hanya menganggap kes saya adalah remeh temeh sehingga menyuruh saya tarik report walaupun tuntutan ganti rugi pada saya masih belum dapat tindakan grabcar : Grabcar hanya mampu memberikan detail penumpang tanpa mahu bertanggungjawab atas apa yg berlaku terhadapa saya.
Persoalannya di sini. apakah jaminan yg bole diberikan terhadap driver2 grabcar ?"

today I got a case.

When passenger reach the destination. I thought her on how to cancel booking. She call I accepted, then the rider apps not allow to cancel as it detect me have arrived.

So I call to grab to explain and ask them cancel for me. The CS refuse to cancel and say I shouldn't do this, but I told I am teaching the passenger. End up after I scold them, they only go make the cancellation for me and the passenger late for work due to pending them to action.

And tell the passenger next time any issue call to grab ask.
