for webe, if i go to singapore and i disable the data roaming in my mobile phone but not the mobile data, will i still be charged for data roaming?

anyway to just base on pay per use instead of the international roaming pass?

My phone doesn't support band 5 but I manage to search this so called 4G from manual network search.
My sis's phone manage to search 502123.

Do you think the 4G is the Webe band?

Yes...i have DiGi Sim Zero Commitment...2 sim and Digi rm70 Broadband.

Also got P98 UMobile and Sub plan rm20

And latest WeBe rm79.

since webe cemerlang @ PLUS highway, i want to sub for 2nd line... but i got this error:

mine was ordered on 27th dec, received on 29th dec. that's a delivery date line by 30th dec 4pm(take a look at the gdex consignment not)
so i believe mine will only be processed on 3rd Jan

It is Digi ambassador zero commitment plan.no monthly commitment pay as you use. However Need to get digi staff to nominate you. You may head to digi ambassador thread.

for new sim, insert into phone and use. it will automatically activate and billing will start on the day of activation.

the following working day is Tuesday 3rd Jan.

I thought the moment you place the SIM in your phone. It will be activated (unless you are porting in, then you will have to wait). At least that is what happened with my lines. It get activated immediately and it was reflected in the webe apps too.
