i've encountered something really odd. With actual Webe line, the Line reaches full speed.
Now i'm in an area roaming via celcom line, with 3G connection at least. Full bar. This morning, my download speed hit 700-800kbps. Now, my download speed max hit 60kb/s... HOWEVER, upload speed hit 400kbps Can anyone explain this? Attached thumbnail(s)

I just heard a Webe manager telling to stuff just now (at Sunway booth), Webe will extend the promotion period, just wait for the official announcement.
