If you want to test, just take RM79 plan. RM59 webe broadband plan is for those device which can support 4G band 5, 38 and 40 only. Moreover it doesnt allow the user to connect to 3G or 2G.

I'm waiting for my sim. Tested friends webe. Some areas are good with 4g. Bundusan area around 27mbps speed test. But haven't do actual real life usage testing. Maybe next week I can comment more in it.

Hi Webe Sifu, i'm using Celcom Huawei E355s-2 for Webe, but when log in to the web configuration, manually set the apn for webe also not working, i disable the WLAN but still keep on receiving the message from Webe about the activation of Personal Hotspot, can share a few tricks about the E355 modem? i used E153 no problem.. but maximum 3.6Mbps only.

Don't use hi-link chipsets modem... Google more details if you want to buy modem.
Qualcomm chipsets is recommended

I'm thinking to get a modem also. But ppl here said cannot use modem with wifi and web interface. Need modem which use console/dashboard to connect. If someone can share any tricks how to use those modem with wifi would be great. Not to say must use the wifi to share. Only needed for 1 PC use.

Ya.. E153 dont have the Web Interface.. just use Mobile Partner to Connect and got 2 Selection 1.Modem 2. (Forget edi ) and select modem then it's working already. E153 i think can tether also eh? but when select 1. Modem then will have no tethering.. so it will pass the Webe Personal Hotspot portal..
