How did you get the courier name and tracking number? Webe useless helpline keep on saying that they don't have those info even after I asked them everyday through online chat.

I call webe for the tracking then look for lineclear for the tracking on Gdex lo..twice the work lo..

Webe also asked me to ask Line Clear directly regarding gdex consignment number since this hopeless Line Clear eventually hires Gdex to deliver the package. So much red tape, ala gomen style.
