If im not mistaken, they only consider your num once you are successfully activate the number..

nope...once you make payment consider successful as long you "buy in" NEW WEBE number

for MNP..even though your payment successful but if your Donor Telco refuse to sanction "porting"...then i believe you won't make it before end of the year Unlimited RM79.

Activation of number is secondary issue as it could due courier sending sim late or lost in transition..

yes registered user only, but if you are going to use webe im sure it is easier if you register with the website. we can manage our account through the website

Once you registered and paid and have a number already in your account, you can immediately start chatting with the CS. BTW, is there group for webe users we can chat and share stuff??
