this is wireless broadband, there are a lot of factors affecting the speed.

afaik, there's no throttling for ddl. i massively download, no noticeable speed degradation, except different time of day yields different speed (due to traffic, congestion, etc)

promo 79 seems to be more popular than earlier rm199-rm60-rm60 discount model. who on earth thought about these discounts model really a robot. 

cny coming soon. i foresee they would extend promo 79 till cny. it make sense commercially as the new telco need more subscribers number.
another thing. unlimited quota/everything wiill not work forever to ANY telco. bleeding money kawkaw. one fine day, they will take away unlimited everything.
