Why not use SPayLater at Shell/Petron for 20% capped at RM5 CB (January), with 1.5% surcharge by SPayLater? Then use Amex to settle the SPayLater debt.

Use Amex to buy RM10/50/100 TNG wallet PIN at Lazada.
Then use PIN to top up TNG wallet.

Bill payment @ M2U not via Amex online verification lah.
Use bill payment @ Lazada instead.

Need a few months to figure it out, some transactions online but some transactions direct debit.

Check if all this transactions are direct debit by the merchant (ie you gave card details to the merchant then the merchant debit your account manually or automatically) instead of going through online verification.

For my case, email application form with a proposal to split credit limit on 14/1.
Received approval SMS on Thursday 25/1.
New card appeared at M2U on Friday 26/1.
Received the card today (Mon 30/1) @ Kuching. Delivered by Poslaju.

Maybank didn't accept my proposal to reduce credit limit, but Maybank Islamic give me a new credit limit.

Another case, existing Maybank Islamic card user.
Applied at M2U on 16/1.
Received approval SMS on 17/1.
Card delivered on 20/1, by Poslaju Kuching.

Wait for a while till you receive the Ikhwan cards.
Once you activate the Ikhwan cards, your Maybank M2 cards will be automatically suspended and outstanding balance will be automatically transferred to Ikhwan cards.
For the time being you still can use and check your M2 cards account.

Show them how you earned >RM40000/year in 2021/2022, eg interest, dividends, rental incomes etc. If taxable income >RM40000, then give them tax return 2021.

If possible, cut down your credit card debts before 28/2/23, then apply after 10/3/23. (CCRIS)

My Ikhwan Amex is newly added, still require OTP verification to complete the payment in the past 2 weeks. Don't know when OTP verification is no longer required.

My M2 AMEX, and PB VS and PB QM, OTP is no longer required, but I still get CB from M2 AMEX (doesn't matter the transaction is online or not), Online CB from PB VS and QM (till Sep22). So I assume if Visa/MasterCard channel -> Online method without OTP verification, Amex channel -> don't know online or direct debit.

If not online transactions, should see new TP credited a few days after posting.

If Lazada-EC with OTP verification - yes
If Lazada-EC without OTP (saved card) - not sure yet but most likely yes.
