Yeah, Maybank doesn't update their materials. I rather they don't give at all than misleading others. sweat.gif doh.gif Same goes to my VS card when I got mine last year's Oct which still mentions about free PPL access when it has been removed some time back. Not everyone surfs their website to check the latest T&C and benefits, if I want to be nasty I could complain to BNM for Maybank's misleading but I'm just too lazy. laugh.gif

If you are a Petronas user, yes it is a must card to have. I asked my sister to apply for this card since she uses exclusively Petronas and Caltex. thumbup.gif

In summary:
Ikhwan MC - 5% cash back for groceries and petrol on Fridays and Saturdays.
Ikhwan Visa - 8% cash back for Petronas expenses on Saturdays and Sundays.

M2Cards have no big difference whether it's Visa or MasterCard, anything will do.
Ikhwan will have. So up to your usage. Visa is for Petronas usage and MasterCard is for groceries and petrol (not limited to any brand).

Not necessary. It means you fulfill the income requirements, you will need to check your email later or SMS may come to inform your status.

It's actually you take CL from your conventional to Islamic. In another word, they don't grant any CL for your Islamic cards. smile.gif
For e.g., your conventional is RM 10k and you ask for RM 3k for Islamic, so your conventional is reduced to RM 7k and transfer the RM 3k to Islamic.
