Weird that people are still holding on their their units, with no updates and bug improvements, its like a sitting duck for malware and security bugs.

I think the owners who are still holding on to the phone dont dare to be active in this forum anymore for fear of repercussions.

Lucas Wojciechowski was on the disrupted flight and took a screenshot of the Note 7 SSID. I can’t speak for the accuracy of his transcriptions, but it certainly sounds like the crew wasn’t happy. “This isn't a joke,” someone reportedly announced to the everyone on board. “We're going to turn on the lights and search everyone's bag until we find it.”

Those who missed the Note 7 can buy the latest A9pro to cure the itch first before S8 next year.

Its a mid end phone. Cant compare to their flagships like the S7E /Note 7.

Because it will be hard to know which 'version' a user will be holding on to. For safety reasons, just remove the whole product line to limit further damage to reputation and incoming lawsuits.

I hope this brings a closure to the whole Note 7 Saga. Am looking forward to the Galaxy S8 which is coming soon.

Thats really bad. Some of you still have yet to get your refunds. Maybe you guys should call Samsung directly to complain. This is way too long. I also forgot how my Note 7 looks like after so many months returning it for refunds.

Wow.. still many interested in the Note 7R after all the fiasco. But do remember its a refurbished/used phone. Not a new one.

It is being sold in China and if Im not wrong, Vietnam. No plans to bring in to Malaysia, yet.

Thats the whole idea. Why need to waste resources and bring it over if they can sell all their stock in China.

Rm2.2-2.3k for a refurbished phone isn't my idea of a 'lower priced' phone.

Yes, but with the Note 8 around the corner, and the Note 7 considered a older model now. But then again, like you mentioned, this is relative.
