My friend is using Coway. So far the after sales service is okay. Got people come to service the machine.

I actually booked Coway at first for my new house.

But after some time, I went to a housing expo and there is this Cuckoo sales rep who introduced me to this brand.

The fella is extremely well knowledgeable and he is actually an ex Coway agent. After listening to his pitch talk, I cancelled my Coway booking and went ahead for Cuckoo. I felt that the Coway agent was more of sales minded rather than customer oriented.

So far been using for around 1 year, so far very very satisfied.

If you want I can pass you the number of the Cuckoo sales agent. He is good. He can explain differences between Coway and Cuckoo much better than me, plus the fact he uses to sell Coway before.

If you really have to use water filter better DIY those using 3 stages filters (PP sediment, ceramic, carbon) like this:


plus a hot & cold water dispenser. It will be a lot cheaper!! PP filter only cost around RM4, ceramic RM10-RM40 depending on the brand (Doulton around Rm30+), carbon around RM10-RM20. Direct pipe in water dispenser = RM500-RM700 for table top

After sales service is good ? you rent it ?

yeah for me if you don't need RO this kind of set up is good enough
my Lab got RO+UV pure water Millipore brand and the filter cost sure expensive
as long as you filter out sediment or suspended solids and put out unpleasant odor
that was good to enough to drink

nais setup. maybe will also do that later. but i need another module - UV filter.

I used Coway, so far so good.

As for people saying RO is bad because there is no minerals etc after the filter, lol your body don't rely on water as a source for minerals

Been using coway so far stratified with their service. but last Friday did a PH test on the water found out the drinking water from the machines is acidic (around 2). water from tap is PH 6-7. Not sure what is the problem, saturday talked to a coway people suggest me to file a report to coway. Tomorrow go back will do a final test will see how is the result.

i'd rather use the rm100 to buy 2 tins of milk. LoL
