I'm using coway since 2014.

So far they will come to service every 2month. For me, I'm very satisfied about the service coz when I look at the water very like KOPI 0 worrrrr. I forgot how many time they changed the filter. I unwilling to drink water like KOPI 0 with service every 4month.. 2 month also like kopi 0, how about every 4 month.. if u rajin to service sendiri ok la..

1st thing u need to know if u wan buy water filter is about the service. 2nd thing how often they change the filter.
3rd thing about the certificate, if they got WQA certificate, the product actually is good. So far I have checked only got 2 company water filters got WQA certificate which is elken & coway.. other company I can't find the certificate..

Me too. I am also researching Cuckoo VS Coway. Which one you decided?
One thing I realize is Cuckoo does not have any certificate except halal cert, which makes me wonder is there any claim based on the benefit Cuckoo claims?

Banyak betul agent cuckoo ,coway dlm ni, sudah2 la necro old thread. Just buy what your wallet can afford. Both are same, alkaline, ro etc, Coway also got alkaline water model.Cuckoo also got energy saving mode.Both also got model with uv light filter.

The brown goo (FeOH) is not from our tap water, but the seller's electrodes disintergrating in the electrolyte filled water. Get their sample RO, put some salt, and test with their electrode. You'll get the same FeOH goo.

Alkaline water cannot even prevent any disease, don't try to misunderstand it by the seller, search from google then all the article will come out. The different between alkaline water is just the pH value. There is nothing special.
