I think C1 buyer should expect there will be a building to block their view when c1 buyer buy kuchai/KL view as the c2 land was empty last time... i think this one cannot blame binastra, that time, binastra haven't buy that piece of land but that land was empty.... empty land = high chances of high rise...

U meant the project beside C2 small empty land or beside petalz.... c2 small empty land confirmed to be built by PV... the land beside petalz seems still no news...

For 2bedroom got extra 8k as there are quite many feedback on 2bedroom having just one car park. So developer decided to give 8k back. Anyway, which project actually give u back money when ppl respond on the car parks?

Anyway, all my bookings only for 3bedrooms which I think more value buy.

For Airbnb, my view is pls don't buy with the assumption of can do Airbnb. It's a residential after all. If Management or JMB restricts it, then you are left with no other choice. Furthermore, this is more suitable for own stay.

huh? gt adpl already? alot of buyers already proceed to loan application liao.... some banks even let them sign on Offer letter liao.... usually developer say july get ADPL, they might gt delay one....

Yea, before that just pre-approved loan. But bank still need to see APDL before finalize.
I dont know but this is what my bank told me. I apply from PBB.
