tbh complaints sure have for most projects, as long as it is not major ones
hence the defect period
even major listed companies will do bad job as long as they repair the defects

Morning, sure gong as that part is damn bad jam... i used to go to subway from OKR, jam there for more than 30 mins....

i wonder whether binastra will expand the road since most of the projects by other developers will wider the road...

confirmed will build another project in between BHP and C2... the land is now owned by Platinum victory.. in their website, upcoming project section, can see the OKR project. C2 will biting that time again.

Why so many projects in that area because of monorail rumor ?

I have no idea whether it is due to the monorail or not.
But one thing for sure is that the location and accessibility of OKR is good.

Today was nearby OKR... so dropby the showroom to kepoh.
Not many customers today... SA is more than the customers. According to one of the SA, 300+ units has been booked as of today.

3/8 ain't too bad but not considered good as well given the price point

those agent describe how far between citizen 1 and 2 and how it wont totally block c1 view, after seeing this landscape from this angle really feel heart break for c1 owner kuchai / kl view owner

The size of the land parcel is not that big though.
