Citizen 2 itself as a project is not a really high density project right?

Citizen 2 consider quite high density if compare to surrounding project. biggrin.gif
Citizen2 : 837 unit/3.3 acre
Petalz : 565 unit/3 acre
D’Sand : 365 unit/2 acre

Fair and valid statement.
And this justifies the price point difference between the projects.

Yeah, increase density to maintain the price. Taty Citizen 1 and 2 is selling well. Binastra is very good in marketing their product.

dont forget to add on citizen 1 into citizen 2 parcel, that shares the same ingress and egress, total about 1500+ units.

first time i come across these two words.

technically, they don't share the same ingress and egress but the road leading to their respective entrances.

but then, since both projects is using "CitiZen", it's easily confused it's one big project.

This make the number roll bigger, 1500 unit / 6.6 acre consider quite high density d. No choice, this is the trend, unless you willing to pay premium price for low density project.
