The knowledgeable agent is still have but the chance to meet below half bottle water agent is very very high. They only know to push for the sale and talk nonsense. Non knowledgeable agent is fine for me but at least must have good attitude as we can get the knowledge and info from LYN mah...πŸ˜„

Yeah, increase density to maintain the price. Taty Citizen 1 and 2 is selling well. Binastra is very good in marketing their product.

This make the number roll bigger, 1500 unit / 6.6 acre consider quite high density d. No choice, this is the trend, unless you willing to pay premium price for low density project.

Their pricing wise really good if compare to surrounding, but hear some complaint in LYN about their cheras project. But since they used to be Exsim contractor last time, end product should be okay ba.
