That's a bit of last resort. I may still want to use the card and if they didn't retain then the card is gone

exactly, I am in the >12 months < 18 months and can't apply to get free money. I thought it is 12 months but when I read the T&C changed to 18 months

What is the contact number to get to the CS nowadays? 03-77118888 and 03-78496888 seem to be now on lost and stolen card, don't seem to have a way to "speak to customer service"

Create a service report on the app, but don't seem to be able to track it, there is nothing on the status/check status
