So I didn't get LFC RM 50 cash back for May transactions despite spending RM 1500 (exactly)
Lodged a complaint to SCB and came back was told that one of my transaction UNICEF (donations) is not counted for spending
But all these while I did the same and got full cash back, just May get RM 25.
Worth another shot to complain again?

Q: I have to pay outstanding. Is the outstanding to be paid:
i) outstanding - AF - SST, or
ii) outstanding - AF (i.e., SST has to be paid)

Tried to waive LFC AF few times but to no avail, cancelled the card and retention team call say will waive it, also will offer SST rebates with min spend 200
