I had to chase them to cancel my Liverpool card. It has been 3 weeks and my card hasn't been cancelled yet. Quite frustrating to be honest.

Recently i cancelled my LFC card. they (retention team) no call me until on 1st Jun where suddenly i saw SST being charged to my card on 29th May.

Offered me SST waiver with RM25 CB + RM50 CB for spending RM200 to keep my card active.

then on 5th jun, i saw annual fee being charged. Tmr will call them ask for waiver.
