E-wallet top up eligible for cash back?

Ewallet are eligible for cash back (RM5 or RM100), why exclude? show me

Meaning say that once I reached 2.5k to get the capped 40, then others should spend on LFC. Because normally every month I only getting 20+ CB from this card.

Side note: I received a sms from stand chart asking if I want to increase my CL. If I am not mistaken they increased for me once early of this year. So fast another increase?

the problem is no longer will spend on SC since the revised benefit, want to redeem all the cashback and pay the remaining statement balance then store in freezer or cancel
if pay statement balance, the excessive cashback will be transferred to other bank CASA upon card termination?

How about TimeDotCom (Time Internet) auto billing, as well as TNB? Are these considered utilities spend, or online spend? Are they considered auto billing as well in terms of cashback category?

Okay, in that case, do auto billing transaction qualify for another category? Example TNB auto billing, is it considered utility spend? Same with Time auto billing, is it utility spend? And Great Eastern auto billing, is it considered insurance spend?

On that note, for online food spend (such as Dominos), is it also considered a "dining" spend?

I'm a bit confused on the treatment of online and auto billing spend (i.e., if they qualify for a spend category or not (like dining, utilities, insurance etc)).

I dont have saving account with SC (luckily). Overall experience with CS was not happy too. I would say its the worst amongst other banks.

Do I need to threaten them seriously? Really would not want to do so..anyway the retention team was not from SC they outsourced to other company which sucks.

FOR JOP card and LFC card

I just get my Just One Platinum MasterCard on 13/01/2022 and spend more than 5k. Mostly use for ewallet topup like boost, shopee, zcity & bigpay.
But when i check my feb statement i didnt see any cash back.
Just wondering why i didnt get any cash back?
