i took the RM100 in late november... via the retention team but havent "gotten it" it physically per se.

only to check that despite my anniversary is december. i got charged annual fee in january of RM175, 1 month after the service tax.

then i have to call in to stan chart ask for annual fee waiver, then say only can give 50%, then ask me take balance transfer if want 100% fee waiver. i didnt bother asking what rate is the BT or whatever. i'm just not interested with Stan chart.

because now i have to call in AGAIN, to say i want to cancel AGAIN.

Personally, i will not want to use SCB anymore. just lazy, tired with this stupidity.

1) call the bank
2) this is still the best method. Just look at your last year's statement and note down the dates it was charged. No short cut about it. That'a what calendar reminder is for.
