i just did a 5:00am (overslept ) and went 6x without a hit, but all the links were 0xxxxx - and feels nearly sequential

got my RM5+ RM5 with 4 tries at 9:00am (and links now at 1xxxxx)

so like my earlier observation, busy periods is better to run through the sequence, altho likely the later part of the day there is a lot less cashback up for grabs.

I might change my pull time from midnight to something like late morning for weekdays except for big days like like 12.12

cash back comes in 60 days after end of the month. so we will only get november cashback in february 2020

i already shared my suspicion on the algorithm.

if you get the impression that the links you are getting are sequential, you are likely the only one pushing the transaction count along. So you should either stop, or keep going if you are feeling lucky. One snipe every hour imo is pure luck.

one blindspot in this analysis is that the gap between hits is fixed

I am of the thought that the analysis is correct for Nov and Dec. But once SCB had a good sample of spending attempts over the 1 month + , they tweaked the gaps to make the previous "busy hours" to have less hits.

That would explain the poor results from January I noticed from almost everyone in the thread.

guess this debunks the 1 in 5 theory earlier. personally i stop if i start getting the same 2 letters 2-3 times in a row
