I just got spin smses reloading to BP - though 1 did take abt 2mins after the successful sms transaction. So unless you got blacklisted by SCB let's visit your case based on the published T&C
1. Did you register? There is a prerequisite registration.
2. Did you use the phone number registered with SCB? The SMS has no ID field, so you need to use your bank registered mobile.
3. Has it been 3 days (basically registration date + 2) since your registration attempt? The T&C already clearly state with example when you can start expecting the Spin SMS after registration.
