I believe the reason of reject comes from high CL utilization.
I have been using 2 cards for PTPTN repayment.

Even I got PTPTN, my CTOS score for November 2018 is above 750 (green bar).

My CTOS score for December 2018 should have deteriorated due to high CL utilization for full settlrment on PTPTN.

PTPTN should have been removed from January 2019 CCRIS. This had been confirmed by another forumer. I have pared down my outstanding with my year end bonus but utilization could be still above 50%.

After I sent them the documents, I gave them a call to confirm if they did receive the documents.

Because from my first application of JOP few months back, the PS staff told me that he didn't receive my email.
Then he asked me how big is my attachment.
He asked to split into several emails.
