Journey now waiting for retention team to call

I cancelled mine and they said will call. After a week, still no call and I checked the app suddenly can cancel already. Proceed with that and it's gone. I still dislike how they operate especially their always busy call centre. Even though I had to pay the SST before canceling but for me, it is easily the worst experience for me when it comes to CC.

I should have called earlier to cancel but I forgotten... and then came the SST. So I thought better to cancel first... but no news after 1 week. So check app again to see whether got status but saw app can cancel (which was grey out a week earlier), hence decided to cancel again. This time it cancel for real.

I remember I got the reversal quite fast.

They requested me the same too but before I could spend, the reversal was already credited.

I mean, from statement date to due date that's 20 days.

Any reason to pay on the last day?

You guys who pay on due date but kena classified as late, do you transfer from other bank?

I usually instant transfer to my SC Jumpstart account then just pay to card from that directly. Have been doing this for years no issue so far. Or I guess u guys don't have normal SC bank acc?

I just remembered sc jumpstart cashback already nerfed n is shit now... maybe I will close mine soon.

Cannot waive SST la, just a rebate.
Yes, I have been getting it every year, too, for the AF waiver and SST rebate.

According to some of the recent posts seems like difficult for fee waiver & rebate.

SCB is infamous for adjusting users' limit, someone shared before 50% reduction and another extreme case almost 90% reduction.

It could mean our data is compromised somewhere.

Anyone managed to get their annual fee and service tax waived for the Simpy Cash CC? Mine is due to be charged this month. Will probably be cancelling it if it cant be waived considering the nerfed benefits is not really worth my time anymore.
