Yea, stupid "report/complaint" system with limited wording

Call also no longer an option which always wasting my time which not able to reach them, ugh ..

I just saw my July 24, 2023 cash back under 360 reward only RM9 ???

System error ?

I do have a refund from AIA - RM660 during June 2023 and does this affect the RM2,500 spending criteria ?

I have pump petrol in June total RM179.83
I have reload shopee in June RM1k

And other spending hits RM2,576 before the refund RM660
* The refund actually not my spending , it is a premium dividend

I set the SC Simply card as one of the payment method.
When doing the pump oil, pick the SC and do the transaction.

I have 3 cards for petrol cash back and So far only Hong Leong Bank Wise Card not entitle tru setel app (Not sure Shell)

3 cards = SC Simply , UOB One , Hong Leong Wise

SC always ignore my Everrise (Grocery portion) of cash back =.=

App msg them always gets no reply and already 3 months turut.
Call them always fail to connect, fliptable

The petrol now pre-authorised for SC Simply Cash = RM180 ?

Pumped my oil during weekend and checked now showing RM180 unposted (actual RM54 spent in Setel app)

Never reload but i think it works as e-wallet like others - ShopeePay, TNG which is eligible.
I'm only 50% sure so wait others tongue.gif

I recall last time has +2 days but that was years ago.
Any recent case?

Still waiting Affin bank to balance transfer in which applied on Monday :\
