Few months back, I encountered this when I topped up GrabPay using PB credit card.
The merchant description used is Grab Singapore instead of GrabPay-EC PJ MY

It was past midnight.
Two transactions on the same day but few seconds apart; one is Grab Singapore and the other is GrabPay-EC PJ MY.

For which card? JOP? LFC? Or both?

Won't matter as long as the gateway is based in Malaysia.
The cross border charge is imposed because the gateway resides outside Malaysia.

Late payment fee is charged once you're late in paying billed amount in full by payment due date.
Normally this fee could be waived upon negotiation and approval due to unforeseen circumstance.
This fee is 1% of the outstanding or RM 10 min whichever higher but capped at RM 100:



As for the interest/finance charge accrued in daily basis, this is a standard formula governed by BNM; the formula is the same across all the banks in Malaysia.
This is main source of income for the banks for credit card products and normally hard to waive.

Card benefit cash back for LFC and JOP need to be redeemed manually from 360rewards page.

I monitor 360rewards page everyday since LFC cash back for August spending is out for redemption.

What he meant is that LFC cash back is awarded to almost all categories (broad general card) except for those two categories which is Petrol and Insurances.

You're not restricted to use LFC on online category only.

JomPay, FPX and Government categories are under exclusion lists which is almost applicable to majority of the cards in the market.

Installment and auto-debit is not the really the same.

By the MCC for Nirvana Memorial Park doesn't fall into any of Insurance, Telco and Utilities.

JOP redeemed cash back for August spending is credited into online ledger.
