For SCB AF, if they don waive, can I cancel without paying the AF, assume I didn’t use it after the AF charged. Coz my anniversary in May

based on my experience, normally when they trying to post the transaction, the txn will be disappear in the txn history.. u will see it as "posted" on next day...
