Early morning my SCB JustOne card has been used by someone, mutilple SMS received and noticed when wake up.
Immediately call to the bank and get to know that multiple transactions has rejected due to CVV code incorrect.
The card has been blocked and issued new card send to me within 7 working days

Just updated with the above case.3 transactions have go through and appear on my latest statement

, long story talked and follow up with CS within this two weeks.
Been raised a Service Request Form for 3 transaction, send to relevant department to investigation, may take up to 120 days.
In the same time, bank will temporary credit back the fraud case amount into my card.
Until today, I didn't see the credit amount, called to CS again and know that the credit amount is actually in my old card (which is already cancelled)
CS then raised request to transfer back the credit amount to new card number, within 3 working days
