And apparently, CS Team has no idea what I'm talking about the new design card.
but they will come back to me once get confirmation.
I was requesting to get a new rebrand card for my SCB Gold Card.

However, noticed the card only available from 12 Nov 2018 which is next Monday, not sure what card will be replacing to me.

No idea as I have mix to spend RM1500

I guess there has same card number because just received sms, mentioned that my card ending with 1234 is on the way, the number 1234 is actually same with my current card number

And after that only noticed starting on 12 Nov doh.gif .... too happy already when saw this new.

Updated:
Received my replacement card with old design by mail drop, just active with PIN setup.

I try to click replacement card again via Online Banking but no card can be select.

So I make a call to CS Team inquiry about new design card (Liverpool FC Card).
The staff then helped to process for replacement again and 16 digits number will be different, Case number is given and within 7 working days. biggrin.gif

From sms till received the card took total 2 working days which is pretty fast I would say, and it sent by mail drop.

You may receive it on tomorrow if fast smile.gif

But you still need to login to activate & create pin for this card, go to Help&service > activation, the new card is appeared for your activation.

Yup, waiting time for me around 7 min.

CS mentioned that quite number of customers are encounter such issued at the moment and ask to provide phone number and email address for vertification

After that, advice to log in after 24 hours

Not sure what is the issued and they have already sent to their related department for investigation
