It seems that all banks do not want to waive annual fee liao..

I have SC LIVERPOOL FC CASHBACK and they will waive only if I opt to BT Plus or cash call plan...
*
Cancel if no waiver on AF. The retention team call you to waive. If not, just move on to other cards.

I called the CS and she said no waiver plan now unless you do the BT or CLoan

Just go ahead and cancel. No loss.

I called several times, chat once, all gave the same answer. New cards are not entitled to sst reversal. So I gave up...

I did not get SST offset for my new JustOne card. Existing LFC holder though.

Guys, paying PTPTN in officlal website will still count towards cashback right? I mean if lets say i pay PTPTN RM2500, i will still get RM30 cash back?

Also, is there anyone managed to topup bigpay today? i tried for a few times but no luck.
*
To be safe, you can top up to Boost e-wallet and pay PTPTN from there. RM1 transaction charge.

I've just applied for JOP and LFC last month

This month they charge Service Tax RM25

I called for waiver but they dont allow

So i appeal

Anyone here success reverse for Service Tax

I just started using the card, the first transaction is Service Tax
That's ridiculous

Now i feel i dowanna activate my LFC Card cause of the Service Tax

Anyone here managed to waive or not waive their Service Tax?
*
Last year, I applied JOP and was charged RM25 SST. Unable to offset.
Since I'm existing customer holding LFC, no sign up fee.

Both SST and AF waived for my JOP and LFC cards. Maybe you should try another CS agent.
*
That's cool. You request before or after SST/AF charged?

Unable to get SST offset for JOP. Tried calling at different day but CS says record showing SST offset request earlier was declined... sigh..
CS did offer some balance transfer out to other banks which I declined.

I'm wondering, how come AF for JOP not charged while only SST charged?

My experience so far, the SST then AF the following month. I'm cancelling both cards as well since I can't waive LFC's AF with the CS... too bad, might be back when there's good sign up bonus in the future.
*
I see... the retention team did not call you back?

Well my previous practice was top up RM2300 to BP, and RM200 spend on petrol. To enjoy the max RM60 cashback. Of course my BP won't be using that much money monthly hence I withdraw our from ATM to repay to SC CC.

With the new limitations of BP of RM1000 a month gotta restrategize for that, especially to hit the RM2500 cb mark.

Eg:
BP rm1000
Insurance monthly rm500
Petrol rm200

Still gotta look for a source for rm800 which I can withdraw out the cash for repayment. Cuz my monthly spending is not that high tbh haha
*
New BP restrictions might render JustOne no longer suitable for you. Do consider using other cards with lower min spending.
