For only online cashbacks, looks like the RM1,500 spend is most optimal for JustOne card.
Spend RM400 (online) + RM1,100 (Others) to get RM20 cashback.
True?

SC dont allow waive SST 25 ? i called twice, not allow to waive

It appears so, no waiver or cashback to offset SST. Even after appeal. However, cancelling card works for me. Retention team called back, plus additional RM50 cashback for retention.

Might not work always. When I cancelled my LFC card, retention team did not call back. Card cancelled.

Sorry, that was a rough range of my transactions using JOP since i get it 3 months back.

I'll take my 1st to 31st August transactions as example below:

PETROL:
Total Expenses: RM213.45
Eligible cashback (15%): RM20

ONLINE:
Total Expenses: RM1825
Eligible cashback (15%): RM20

Groceries:
Total Expenses: RM85.50
Eligible cashback (15%): RM12.83

OTHERS (not in the 3 categories - Not entitled for any cashback but contributing to min. transactions amount)
Total Expenses: : RM976.75

GRAND TOTAL EXPENSES USAGE: RM3100.70 (Entitled for 15% tier cashback, capped at RM60 with RM20 per category)
My expected cashback amount: RM52.83

Actual cashback received: RM20.

Hmm. I have been getting SST rebate and AF waiver for 6 years continuously. I only need to ask without going through the cancellation path. However, I can't say the same for this year. So, let's see.

I think this is the first time paying for SST. With cashbacks pending and category spend, hassle to go thru cancellation path. Other cards not attractive cashbacks didn't help either.
