I've only been using it for the 3-month, 0% interest FlexiPay Plus feature; so since they're gonna 86-it next year, I'm just gonna cut this card after I finish paying for the several transactions I've got using this feature... the bank has been such a PITA to deal with in the last few years, anyway. The only other thing I'll miss is the stupid RM30K CL they gave me.

I think they're slowly taking this product off the line already. Dunno if this means just that, or that they're gonna introduce some new card down the line..

Got this interest charge (they claimed I underpaid?) which I can't get waived on the app, either by Fee Waiver option in the app (as it's not considered "late fee"), nor by PM-ing via Secure Inbox (I tried that, got rejected).

So I used the emergency line (cos I had a transaction dispute after all), sat through minutes of the pre-recorded nagging,... and it turns out I would have to call them anyway for them to raise the request on their end. Cis.

Dunno.. wasn't able to pay the statement for my old card number because I had it blocked for fraud charges before I paid; it got rejected. So was told to wait for the new statement to pay, and then ask to waive the charges, etc.

Sounds like they're either adding new cards, or they really trimming the fat cancelling all these other cards..?

I finally paid off the last of my Flexipay; and called to cancel the last remaining card I had.

CL was generous (35K), but between the AF, constant perks revision and the CS... enough was enough la, you know?

They told me I would have to wait 5 working days for the Flexipay account to close on its own, but at least now I can do both.

Not sure if they're exiting the market (always a possibility), or they really targeting T15 and T20. Oh wells.

Just go with the emergency line. Last time I asked for AF waiver also got to call a few times one.

Dropped by a branch during lunch hour. Was told I can just delete the app je tongue.gif

But not before they took my IC to confirm if I really got nothing outstanding with them lol

Yeah, you basically have to use the "emergency" (sic) line to talk to human... you just have to endure some nagging before you do lol

I'm saying this as someone who's finally cut ties with them after a few years of AF waiver calling.

When you talk to someone, they basically confirm that you have to call them for it, so... "abuse the emergency line" la
