Anyone has gotten the annual fee and sst waiver recently?
*
Just AF (this year had to call the emergency line to speak to human for it); SST waiver a bit tougher unless you're willing to sign up for some other product, IIRC

Is it SST RM25 easily waivable from SCB?
*
IIRC you have to agree to take up a COC or some other product for them to waive SST. AF usually no issue, but it's been a PITA trying to call in for waiver.

u managed to get SST waiver with taking up any of their products?

I rather just shut up and pay the SST than to take up their other financial products

Will standard chartered CC will deliver to our home address or we need to collect it in bank branch?

Anyone able to waive the cc annual fee and SST?
*
Depends. When you applied, did anyone bring up self collection? If no, then it's most probably gonna be by mail drop.

AF - personally, no real issues getting it waived personally (trying to find a human to speak to to waive AF last year was a PITA, but I think now you can do it online or in the app), but ymmv as others have had issues with only getting half off, etc.

SST - no such luck, I think...

Hi, i have two transaction above 500 that i wish to convert one of them into flexipay but unable to do so because it says i dont have any eligible transaction. Anyone knows what's eligible for flexipay?
*
Which card do you have? If it's the Smart card, it already has a BNPL-like feature with the 3 month, 0% interest instalment payments for any transactions over RM500 via Flexipay...

I can't speak for the other cards, though.

*
There's a fee waiver thing in the app, under "Help & Services" > Card Management > Credit Card Fee Waiver > Annual fee

After so many working days later, I finally heard back about my AF waiver and they're only gonna give 50% off.

Further in the response, they also included a another reference number (different from the initial one) for AF waiver. Should I just wait and hope? Should I just call?

Dunno, can't use that method at the moment because I have an ongoing FOP with them.. which is the only feature I'm using the Smart card for...

Got the first half off AF. Called them (again) to ask for full AF waiver. Person on the other side of the call helped me put a request in, gave reference no., etc. Rest of the AF got reversed a couple days ago, and I just saw it in the app today.

Frankly, besides the 3 month, 0% installment feature and the high CL, I dunno if I still want to hang on to this card..

Smart card feature: 3 month, 0% interest installment, but has to be at least RM500 transaction (FlexiPay Plus) - https://av.sc.com/my/edm/scbr10483/index.html

This bank is this that bad? I still thinking apply this bank credit card. Haha

If you really want a card, apply lor.

Just be aware about the service based on others' comments here: unless you're a Priority customer (or whatever the equivalent is, can't remember), you can't just simply call (unless you erm, abuse, the "emergency" line) or live chat with them (can only send secure message on the app). AF and SST waiver also got hurdles.

At the end of the day.. YMMV.

What is the contact number to get to the CS nowadays? 03-77118888 and 03-78496888 seem to be now on lost and stolen card, don't seem to have a way to "speak to customer service"

Create a service report on the app, but don't seem to be able to track it, there is nothing on the status/check status
*
Yeah, they're almost impossible to talk to over the phone or chat these days (unless you're a premier customer or whatever), unless you just thick face pick the emergency option.

Want to ask about payment for Flexipay. We just pay to our credit card like normal, isn't it?

I only have access to SC App via Face ID, and the way the transactions being listed is not very clear. I forgot what's my username and password, so can't really check e-statements via website
*
I believe you get a different account number for Flexipay that you have to pay to seperately
