even we are in this era of AI,

trying to cancel my cc using apps but unsuccessful due to some PLC accounts (flexi pay) which had been fully paid few months ago. visited a branch, and was told we need to request closure of these PLC accounts (flexi pay) first. wait for 5 days for closure to complete. after that only can request for card cancellation as this is my last cc with them. meanwhile, a pity guy in front of me, he accidentally click the kill switch which cause his entire account and cc unusable, he trying to call the CS since morning, waiting for >1 hour, nobody answer his phone call. so he keep cursing &^%$#@ to the officer. after cancellation, will definitely avoid them like a plague This post has been edited by sjz: Jun 30 2023, 05:55 PM beLIEve liked this post

most old timers r leaving for better option, but seem still gt some new applications to these cards. why not go for other local bank which is more seamless, straightforward to deal with and offer better benefits in terms of CB. just take example of Simply Cash, in order to get full CB RM60, you need to spend RM2500 and above and into 3 diff category while each category cap max RM20. the cb mostly need to wait 30 days to be available to redeem. and you can only redeem the cb in multiple of RM30, no more no less. wish u good luck if few RM less ,as the redemption are in multiple RM30, RM29 you can't even redeem it at all. not to mentioned, there is no option to talk to human CS This post has been edited by sjz: Jul 5 2023, 02:00 PM iamkid liked this post

request for card cancellation 4/7/23, card cancelled 12/7/23.

looking at the recent horrible experience reports.
seem we made a wise decision to cancel all SC cards before SST & Annual Fee kicks in. and yes, the retention team gal told me the same thing. she say just call her direct line straight and she will sort it out for me. i shared my frustration over unable to speak to human CS and will never ever use this bank again if they did not reinstate human CS for all their cust This post has been edited by sjz: Oct 3 2023, 09:16 AM |
