Quite messy at this moment. Some claimed receiving Spin&Win SMS. We are observing.
Maybe Public Bank CS misinformed use on the new MCC.
Maybe Bigpay is now having 2 payment processors, after App update last night.
If Bigpay's new MCC is 6012, then it is excluded from the game, it was happening all the while till first week of December (After that MCC was revised to 6540 then BP was not excluded).

I prefer RM1933 to Boost directly though I don't gain extra RM1+ worth of Big points (top up + spend) but I have RM1933 extra quota for using other CC to top up BP.

Not many people were checking CCRIS.
CCRIS will show that you are "applying" for a RM300k credit facility, when you apply for a CC from SC.
It could be their SOP.

CB is always entitled but either 0.2% or 15%.
Our earlier discussions here maybe not relevant anymore due to the recent improvements initialed by Boost.
Boost may "randomly" require OTP verfication since last week, which SC may or may not give 15% CB.
For time being, just assume you would get 0.2% from top up Boost, RM1933, and spend RM567 on Online/Petrol,
then total CB = 1933x0.002+567x0.15 = 88.91 but capped at RM85.00.
