As i informed by ambank credit card service department
If i have outstanding balance RM1000 and SST have been charges RM25.
My total outstanding is RM1025.
I told ambank i wish to terminate cc and ambank should revert back RM25 since there is no retail transaction after SST charges.

Ambank cs responded :

Payment consider as transaction, there is transaction date after SST so we can't rebate RM25 SST.

I insists i just pay RM1000 for my outstanding balance and still insist waive for SST.

Ambank cs responded:

Sir, if u pay RM1000, system will auto deduct SST first RM25, so at the end u still own ambank rm25.

I was like...

I just share my experienced, maybe different bank have different practice.

Already experienced thru it all for almost 1 year. After you call them can to cancel one of your card, they retain you to keep it all cards and offer rm50 cb with rm200 spend which you can only get the cb after 2 months. After MONTH AND MONTHS of waiting, you get your rm50 CB and you want to cancel. You found out "eh i still have extra RM0.02 cent overpaid in my cc, the APP not allow you to cancel. 
The retention person that called me was the SAME PERSON all this time, and I will never forget her voice   
So much frustration and time WASTED just to cancel their useless card. Already told ya not to get attracted by their whatever promo, cancel it ALL NOW and reapply again after 1 year for their NEW CARD CASHBACK.

Smart is in but I think it's only for Digital Lifestyle portion. I'm missing the eWallet campaign cashback of RM15.

Yes , my rm250 also disappeared....how ? if by month end didnot show have to add another 250 to make it 2500...

What do you mean by tambah? Actually i'm curious now because i reloaded on 1st may, and now my statement is -ve rm3 from previous cashback. I dunno how to pay.

Yup SC has became one of the worst bank in Malaysia when it comes to CS.

This rate considered cheap? For short term unsecured loan I guess so (much prefer all the 0% options obviously). But paying interest is only useful if the money is earning something for you of course.

I also had multiple unauthorised transactions charged on my sc card few months ago. The old card was blocked and new card issued. Even after that, I still received text showing the transactions (in usd) on my old sc card. the sc asked me to ignore since I won't be charged.
The refund actually took less than 60 days.

Received SMS alert on SC CC fraud transaction. Checked online nothing. Called CS 0377118888 and was informed the transaction is blocked, card cancelled and will mail a new one to me.

Not sure, the transaction is not posted. CS directly told me detected fraud transaction and asked me did I perform any transaction online/overseas.
