i kept keying wrong CVV/CVC code for topping up the Big Pay for my Just One card for past few weeks but then all get approved , what the ?

Meaning even i keyed wrong CVV, i still can top up

Weird, I only received 6 out of 7 prizes that I got for January.

My mistake, it was just 6 prizes. I mistakenly record an #a link as #b.

Where to check online ledger ?

Look for your card's transaction list. If you've received any SMS other than #a for your January transactions, it should be there.
I thought that interface he attached is the Internet banking portal?

hehe mine was the security token because I never set it up. Guess if I did, it'll be DoItNow. But yeah, people who designed the bank sites don't really know/care how users feel. I think I login to almost every bank site also neverending DoItNow.
