The Current Balance is updated once your payment is posted in the Unbilled Section of your online ledger.

Billed Balance won't change till next statement.
If you had paid off by due date, it doesn't matter.

Have you registered for the spin game?
After register, you have to wait up to 3 working days?
If you registered, you have to spend min of RM 100 to get a chance to spin.

Transaction Mode will determine whether it is considered as Online/E-commerce not really MCC:

eCommerce Spend
eCommerce spend is define as transactions made through internet which is determined by the bank as follow.
i. Merchant is an e-commerce/online/internet merchant; and card details are manually entered (not swiped/ inserted to any POS terminal of acquiring Bank); and No Point of Sales (POS) terminal is used by the merchant; OR
ii. Bill payment made through Standard Chartered Internet Banking.
