mine is 1mio trashold for lishold landed.......still cant get pass the 1mio reasons to buy biggrin.gif

those bought EcoSanctuari kena poision from EW already......who wouldn't? its a refreshing marketing presentation for a township....unlike SimeDarby Gamuda and the rest....still trapped in the 80's........but they still can sell........that helps them to cross the line.

this is rather common friend.....

if this show house is not part of show village, and its actually part of the actual precinct...the rightful buyer of this particular unit has the right to stop visitors to visit their new home......

of course there are ways trop can handle this....they can

-pay new owner some fee to continue used as show house...and make good any wears and tears;

Guess either both parties didn't reach an agreement or buyer insists of total block-out or trop too stingy to pay what new homeowner wanted.....

I got to learn that some owners actually preferred to buy house with full ID and fittings as they are either to busy to get reno done or not too good in getting the right ID.

actually show house also serves as space awareness and reference for new buyers to get ID as well.......and as for developers, they can use the photos for future publicity and marketing.....and make festival videos such as EW and Setia..... tongue.gif

Dun forget some service apartments are selling over 2000psf....

Legally they cant use the word condo bcos its commercial title.

So dun hang up with terms........or called this building that building high end or high keras condo........

ccc only limited to completion of a house or unit. It doesn't cover defects.

you just need to file defect form. They are banking on yr ignorance qua I guess.

I also received by recently vped condo and all units come without toilet roll holder. When I asked them when they will install, they politely said unless and until I filled in defect list, they wont install. Like that also can. Malaysia standard.

my understanding is that once they obtained ccc, they legally cant attend to yr house unless owner file in defects.

I dun spread hate de.....just commenting nia…….If EW can do something like Eco Ardence and Eco Sanc, I also don't understand why EW cant do something non permanent like container shopping mall in EM.
