But some people like their idea and etc, so they will still buy it even if it's priced at such.

At 1,3M, potential buyer should have tonnes of option to purchase.

I am truly disappointed at Tropicana developer! I would like to say this is the lousiet developer I have ever met. I went to cheria show unit today and when I reached the site, I was told that type B show unit was closed. It was sold to somebody and hence it will be closed to public FOREVER!
So, Tropicana build this show house and only open for a month, what's the purpose of building this show house? I traveled all the way just for the show unit, and only found out it was closed!

Well look at it this way.

Phase 1 "Arashia" and Phase 2 "Bayan" have no showhouse to speak off.

The purpose of the showhouse is to sell the houses.... Not as a ID reference for owners...

The SA told you that? I was told by 2 separate SA (they know I already bought so no need to throw me empty promises) that they have no plans to renew the lease at the moment..

I've visited the showroom yesterday and was eying for either corner landed or semi d. There is 2 corner unit available for landed with 4000+ sft land. Was told the maintenance fees is 20 cents per sft so one of corner landed with 4700 sft land will cost RM940per month for maintenance fees alone.

Is it normal for maintenance feed charge by per land sft instead of the build up?

they have this new project AMan 1, 4 block of condo selling from rm350k (870sf) and Rm500k plus for (1000sf)

if it condo , it darn cheap... could it be because the fail ecosanctuary high end condo that they are givin such fantastic price?

Received the key for Bayan. Surprisingly I'm abit frustrated with Tropicana built quality. facepalm.... defect banyak like hell... my roof cracked and they can say it ready for VP. adoi......

So many defects some more... dunno how Tropicana can say ready for VP when the house not proper QC from them.
