Receive call from 2 bankers, loan approved but is it normal I early early got say I only want to apply 70% if not 50% I also ok.
But they all say I get approved for 90% and give a lot of reasons ask me check for packages with developer etc say as I want Flexi loan it's better for me to take up 90%. I too busy so I just tell them whatever email me your offer I want to compare. Is it normal? Is it really better to take 90%? Lol this my first home I bought from developer. My previous homes all is subsale.

If deposit < amount disbursed, the loan will continue but with reduced interest... Thats what banker told me, nvr put in 100% of deposit into loan account else it will auto cancel and take that deposit as full loan settlement...

But be cautious, would that extra loan amount reduce your DSR for next loan since you would have higher loan installment now, hence higher DSR... If take flexi loan, i heard the loan rate is slight higher than semi flexi, and higher loan amount easier for banker to hit their quota too.. Maybe can nego to lower loan rate...
