Ya - personally - don’t think most residents care a lot about WCE. Shouldn’t be a deal breaker - got other more useful things they can focus on. It will be a nice selling point though.

DOnt dream of a fly over...

There was a flyover promised during launching phase of Kota Kemuning, 16 yrs later still no flyover, nasty jam suffered for years until a few years back they enlarged the main roundabout...

Stayed for a while in Tropicana Aman, no mosquito issue in the house.... whole month also no see a single one...

Subsales susah jual, even if its below developer current offering, subsales still cant sell cause buyers do not have the upfront cash. Most buyers now are purchasing house based on future earnings, downpayment small small and pray they still have a job 3 years down the road when the monthly installments kick in

I agree with you.

Tried going in and out of DU/BU area during rush hour? Map's all red.

Not possible ot have nice affordable house, with amenities, low price and zero traffic, if its a good deal everyone will come and traffic comes with them.

You mean the new SRJKC Fraser?
Three classes of Std 1, for Std 2 to 6 there is only 1 class each. Total 8 class for this term. There is more class room in the school itself, so there are room to increase next year and year after that etc.

Traffic to the school is OK, but during certain hours you will have problem of Tenby parents totally blocking entire stretch of road (waiting for their children before schools recess), so you get that 10~15 minutes of selfish parents parkign their car on both lanes and blockign access to the SRJKC.

For the same money, any Tropicana Aman house will be bigger, have more 'usable space', still under defect if u buy new.

For EcoS, defect period is gone, smaller space, much less usable space (cause of their 'nice' external facade') but ANY Eco landscaping/entrance will be way superior to TA's.

Just go drive around at night and daytime taker a look, if you want a nice face, impressive entrance to wow ppl... go Eco

House defect, every single developer has, but I can say even after 1.5yrs Tropicana is still entertaining defect rectification form owners.... so they are responsible in that sense. Whether the 'repairs' is up to owner's satisfaction... that is another story

The sinking is very random, not entire piece, worse was Chimes but that also certain units. Arahsia/Bayan form TA, Monterey/Terraza from Eco all reported certain units/spots with sinking issue.... see luck lor

Sometimes its their trick, when I bought my unit they told me that section is the final phase, not launched yet, must pick form current released unit. I tell them, if I dont get that particular unit, I dont want to buy ready to walk. Then they make a show of callign the sr manager, discuss ini itu finally say "THis is special case for you, dont tell anyone blah blah" all wayang la...
