Which one? Both also not walking distance. Trion is through shuttle bus (Pending whether it's shared with the Hotel Guest or not)

on map around 700m, but definitely not walkable as mostly forested area today, maybe in the future possible.

Did this project proposed walkway to mrt2 station ? 700m, consider walkable erm...

700m is hardly walking distance. Leisure walk covers 83m per minute, and this is about 8.5 mins.

Try to walk under the hot sun for 8-9 mins

There would be pedestrian walkway to the MRT station but not covered.
Walking about 8 mins is really not that bad, we are too used to driving around. sweat.gif

Walking 8 mins is not too bad depending on the area, try walking at night for 8-9 mins in certain “areas”.

Have you thought of the safety, especially for ladies ?

Well, have a look at the surrounding of this.

just doesn’t make sense, for those who able to buy near 700psf property but need to walk under the heat sun and risk on safety when walking to/from Public transport.

Quite keen on their duplex layout but not sure is it practical for living. Also one thing.. Is this area very jam? If I come back from sunway via kesas. Comparing to npe to kuchai.. Would it be worse?

Duplex is nice but the staircase will take up much space whi h you paid for norhing...unless the unit itself is large and big (over 2500sq).

Looking at the layout. There's plus point too. You get your storage space. But I questioned about the air quality inside the house and natural daylight for living room. Still considering.

Good location near mrt Tmn Naga Emas.... Look like still hv big land beside this project to mrt. Future commercial or more condos
