They change the SOHO from 4xx sqft to 7xx sqft (duplex)...

another con move by developer..... duplex just add tiny steel platform which cost may less than 30k but can charge buyer another 200k...

just give real footprint 7xxsf....dun try to fool buyers bruce.gif

But then the overall vertical height of building will be increased consequently...unless the ceiling height remained low like the another cheras project duplex lol

The but PSF remain the same with just the added height... shouldn't it be slightly lower?

But many things not finalized yet, so hard to judge now.

actual footprint will only 4xxsf...developer just add dummy floor 2xxsf to 3xxsf...so they can claim as 7xxsf....

normally developer will use steel frame to built dummy floor ...that actually very cheap....

smallest unit, RM540k for 810sqf. RM670/sqf. is the market price so expensive now? or is it normal?

Depends on the property, location, layout, accessibility etc. There are many factors that contributes to the pricing of a property.

trion is circa 690psf for the lowest floor unit, so yeah this effective make trion a value buy
