Hi all,

I am new to psp and interested to get 1. I know psp got wifi feature. I want to know is it able to function as internet games which I can link with other psp in diff network/location?(eg: using server) Or it only able to link in the same network?(using same router).

Senario 2, If got 2 psp but do not have router, can it still able to link to each other?

Hope pros can help me wif these questions.

For question one, I think it is possible to link to other players in other part of the world through the internet ~!

The Q 2 , it all depends on the game, for example "Fifa Street 2" allow psp user to connect through ad hoc wifi connection meaning, no need to connect through router, just connect psp to psp straight ~!

For 3.71 , it is save to use theme file as 3.71 user is using the .ptf without having to temper with psp internal flash.

Just create any folder and put ur ptf file there.

Need help from all the sifus in here. I just bought a psp slim and it's running 3.71 m33-3 custom firmware. I wanted to run some homebrews (emulator and pdf reader). I put the files in the GAME150 folder as per the instructions but it does not work. The error message is "The game could not be started. (80020148).

Theoretically speaking, try to finish all the battery power everytime before charging,

However, I can never time it for perfectly, so every time left less than 10 - 20 minutes left, I will start charging already.

However, for handphone, psp and laptop, always try to dry up the battery power once every month or any other shorter period of time, it will prolong ur battery lifetime (theory again no proof) ~! whistling.gif

You must copy the theme files into \PSP\THEME directory in the MSPD.

Do U have ur psp on hand ?

Look into ur battery information. There U will have an estimate on how much ur battery power left. It is under system setting then look for battery information.

Yes. play until totally no power left. I never time how long I charge bcoz I normally play my psp while I charge. hmm.gif

According to battery experts, it's advisable not to let the Li-Ion batteries discarge too much before charging as it reduces the battery's lifetime. So I usually charge all my devices (PSPs, PDAs, phones ...) often. My own personal preference is to charge whenever it drops below 70%

May I know who is the battery expert ?

Guideline from wiki, I think should provide a better explanation.

The battery expert I was refering to is http://www.batteryuniversity.com which is also a reference in that guideline from Wiki.

The guideline from Wiki stated:
Unlike Ni-Cd batteries, lithium-ion batteries should be charged early and often.
Lithium-ion batteries should never be "deep-cycled" like Ni-Cd batteries.

So it's advisable to charge the PSP often. Letting the battery discharge completely or to very low battery capacity before recharging reduces the Li-Ion battery's lifetime.
