Yes it is, which is why it's best to just forget about the zerolution for iPhone. Stick to the normal CC installment plan

I think he is referring to the upcoming iPhone SE 2? or new name that Apple decide to call it. SE series gets new update every year's March- May, so it is coming really soon!

Actually the SE was released in March 2016 and there was no refresh last year, which is why rumors aplenty that there could be an imminent refresh soon.

Apple somehow call it a refresh to the SE series by doubling the storage size of the phone in March 2017

Maxis CS on chat told me that I wont need to pay upfront for IPX since I subscribed to the Zerolution upgrade plan. Anyone can confirm this?

If you have to pay upfront then it’s not a Zerolution program anymore. Might as well sign a normal contract.

I'll confirm again and ask. Although I did save the conversation transcript. What the CS told me since I am subscribed to the upgrade program and am an existing customer, I don't need upfront payment. Not entirely sure how true that is though, might be a mistake on her part.

Yes ill confirm, u dont need to pay upront payment coz you subscribed to upgrade program but this the last upgrade they will allowed coz next time no more upgrade program and fee when you subscribe it now only android phone

Chat. In case there was a misunderstanding. I was under the impression all this while that I needed to make an upfront payment, even as an existing customer. Otherwise, I would have done the change 2 months ago when I completed the 12 months.
