can't you write in to Maxis Management and seek some clarification? Because it kinda seems absurd that you've been paying the upgrade fees but you can't upgrade.

I agree with deepan84, you should write to them. Don't think that's fair to be honest. A 128GB 7+ without Zerolution was about 2.9k or so excluding GST if I remember correctly. So you could have paid that and the phone would have been yours.

Mostly PJ - even paradigm/ss2/one utama.. but only recently I think since Jan 2018...before that was all good...not as bad as it sounded, but sometimes it's frus when the coverage drop only when u needed it urgently..

Went to the gardens and pavillion the other day, also noticed a few drops every now and then..as bad as totally lost signal (my maxis word disappeared off the screen)..

I noticed it's bad indoors, especially in malls like Gardens and One U, but I thought it was always like that. Hmm... Will monitor further and see.

Same here a lot of places used to get strong connectivity now become weak (not always), not sure what are they up to...the right word to describe is "unstable" laugh.gif

Same here. It’s not your phone. My 6plus also experiencing bad coverage and slow data speed. Past few weeks actually.
