I think they’ve discontinued it since iPhone 6s. I would have thought they’d informed you that it’s been discontinued.

Seems like you got no knowledge on Maxis has discountinued the zerolution program for iPhone, has you been upgrading to Android phones in recent years?

They discontinued Zerolution for iPhones but for existing Zerolution customers who paid the upgrade fee, they would still be able to upgrade you. If your one year is up, suggest you call their customer service or visit a maxis branch (not a dealer) closest to you to clarify your situation.

No they did not. I changed to Iphone 7 plus somewhere in January last year if I'm not mistaken and have been paying the upgrade fee since. Was one MOP before, not on Zerolution. Was my first foray into Zerolution.

Next week actually and I've already gotten the answer. Return the phone to Maxis and sign up for a new plan for the IPhone X. That's the "upgrade". No idea whether we'll see Zerolution again or not for Iphones.
