On another note, Maxis updated their FB page about the pre order.

So far it only mentions 12 and the 12 Pro and no mention of the 12 Pro Max. Other telcos such as Digi and Celcom did include it.

I wonder if Maxis will have the 12 Pro Max as well available. Hopefully will be able to pick one up during this round.

Did they only reveal the plans on the day itself for the iPhone 11 series last year?

They won’t till the day before I think. Even last year they put up their plans later than DiGi and Celcom.

Oh wow, I rmb during the older days, all telcos including maxis would reveal their plans few days before the pre-order starts. Didn't know they changed their practice where it would only be revealed on the pre-order day itself 

Urgh.. I remember waking up in the wee hours just to PO and getting stuck in the queue.

If I can't get the 12 Pro Max Blue online on preorder then I'll have to resort to the strategy that worked for me for my 11 Pro Max - search Maxis realview site the night before for stocks then turn up first thing in the morning at the outlet that has stock. That may be challenging during the CMCO though.

I direct call my contact at Klang maxis Center to reserved 1 unit for me then take the next day......

I was dealing with the chat bot (via the Maxis WhatsApp channel) which can switch to an agent but the turnaround time was really slow. The human agent at times took 2 hours to respond back 

The live chat on their site is slightly better.

Do I get to keep the 120GB is a sign a new contract? or does it fallback to 60GB?
