Anyone had experience buying from Switch using Maxis Plan? Because it seems like the device is the same price as Maxis website itself. So there should be no difference in getting it from Switch with a Maxis Plan

Went with Pacific Blue Pro Max 128GB, luckily managed to fill the form up before it sold out. The customer service lady apologised profusely, said their system was problematic due to some upgrade works earlier and the volume of traffic. You would think after so many years the “fastest network in Malaysia” would get their online ordering system right... sheeesh....

That's quite a sum. During previous online ordering, advance payment was required for those that are not One Club members and exempted for those that are members.

I'm just as surprised why I was required to pay RM300 last night as advance payment.

They do not only review payment based on their system only, they also gone through checking with CCRIS nowadays.....

If CCRIS got issue or even if CCRIS is empty (no payment history), it might prompt them to charge deposit....

Take Apple devices on DIGI 365 no advance needed, just need to register debit card for auto debit.
Now for any Apple device , if you do not want to pay advance payment, need to use credit card, 50% advance payment required needed for debit card.

Just check with CS, after 13th Nov, other plans like RM98 or share line RM48 will be offered for iPhone 12 series.
So I’m gonna wait after 13th nov. no need to rush and spend unnecessarily. Haha
